1 General Provisions

pkg99 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply equally to all services, games, promotional offers, and transactions on the platform.

pkg99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

On any matter not explicitly addressed in these terms, the decision of pkg99 shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the pkg99 platform. Creating or operating an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address will be considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, pkg99 reserves the right to suspend or close all related accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, the platform's support team must be notified as soon as possible. Providing incorrect or false information gives pkg99 the right to suspend the account and reject any pending withdrawals.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at pkg99 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only through a method registered in your own name.

Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified will be returned and the account will be subject to review.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawals will be paid out through the same method used for the deposit. When multiple methods have been used, pkg99 gives priority to the method with the highest deposit amount.

3.3 Identity Verification

pkg99 may at any time request verification of identity documents, proof of address, or ownership of a payment method. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at pkg99, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

A 15x wagering requirement must be met to make the bonus amount withdrawable. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus is available only once and only with the first deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Strategic betting or low-risk hedging using bonus funds may, at pkg99's discretion, result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• pkg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, pkg99 offers various cashback and special offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5 VIP Program

pkg99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular play and active participation on the platform. pkg99 reserves the right to determine and change the criteria for VIP tier evaluation at its own discretion. Cashback bonuses may have their own wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkg99 platform:

• Participating in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Systematic betting with the intention of circumventing bonus terms.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation systems.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or gain access to another user's account.
• Impersonating employees, representatives, or partners of pkg99.

In the event of a violation of these rules, pkg99 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

pkg99 may suspend any account without notice due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or incomplete verification. Inactive accounts (with no activity for an extended period) may be subject to review.

8.3 Dormant Balance

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, pkg99 may apply a maintenance fee. Users will be notified before any such change is made.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of users' personal data by pkg99 is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these terms.

pkg99 does not sell personal data to third parties. However, data may be shared on a limited basis to fulfil legal obligations, prevent fraud, or improve services.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkg99 believes in responsible gaming. We give users the option to set their own deposit limits, take a temporary break, and activate self-exclusion if needed.

pkg99 is not liable for losses caused by external factors (internet outages, issues with third-party payment providers, or unforeseen technical errors). In such situations, however, we will always seek a fair and cooperative resolution.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkg99 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of pkg99. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content without prior permission is prohibited.

The software and content of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) are subject to their own intellectual property rights.

14 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The invalid part will be replaced with an enforceable provision that is as close as possible to the original intent within the limits of what is feasible.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between pkg99 and the user and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
